I've come close to that by the way
. I caught 11 of them from shore this year and killed two of them for a RISAA tournament. I hate doing it, I feel like I commited murder or something. So I'm for minimum sizes, and limit the amount each angler can enter or don't have tournament at all. Or as previously posted support your local offshore angler and give him one for shark bait
