I don't know what kind of software you have,If you have a digital camera that takes Mpegs it should of came with software so you can manipulate,render and change the image format Giff,Tiff,Targa,Bit map,Jpeg,Mpeg ect....
You should be able to down load software from
www.downloads.com there you can get just about anything you need for all of your computer needs,for free!
I use Photoshop7.0 I dunno what everybody eles use's but I like it.
