Incredible areas with which to access by boat. Not very accessible by foot... Rips off the Cape, Race Point maybe, Block, Montauk, The Race off Fisher's Island. Could happen off South County, Rhode Island.... Final answer = Montauk in Early November... (premonition)
Fall, Winter, Spring - down your way off Jersey... Chessapeke, Hatteras, Doug's Assateague... Not as familiar down that way.
