Why release a lure that is not thru wired only to re-release it in a thru wired model shortly after? It’s kind of annoying to have bought a few of these to try and now realize that I’ll probably want to replace them with the thru wired ones when they come out, just for the additional confidence that the thru wire provides. I agree with you. I just purchased some but I would have waited if I knew there were through-wired coming out eventually. The weighted stress test doesnt give me much confidence in mimicking real-life conditions either.
