Make sure you have the correct bearing size (double check the dimensions).

Get some thin metal wire.

Loop it gently throught the bearings.

Holding the bearing by the wire, heat the bearing with a blow dryer.

While the bearing is still warm, flush it out with WD-40.

Repeat.

Blow dry bearing one last time, and while the bearing is still hot, THEN add your 3-in-1 oil.

If you are using an organic solvent more potent than WD-40, be extremely careful - keep away from heat and always have adequate ventilation.
