I'll second Spro swivels as a top choice. I don't build plugs, but I absolutley destroyed a bunch of Rosco swivels last season in plugs. I have had the loops pull right out of the middle part, I have a bunch that now have oval loops instead of round, and most end up corroding after a season. I bought a bunch of big Spros from MikeCC to re-wire some of last year's warriors.
