I went to order $30 worth of gemni clips from that site and I noticed the shipping charge was $27 bucks.

Did you have to pay that much to ship clips from Georgia?

I did see a small notice that small items like clips would be a shipping charge of 3 bucks but it show up on the checkout page as $27.
