John -

We've been flat out getting stuff ready for the SWE Fair, the RISAA show and putting a package together for the grant we're working on.....but I was just re-reading this and wanted to sweeten the pot a little heading into the home stretch.

I'd like to donate an 11x14 double-matted framed print of the Graves Point Fishing Club from The Angler's Art to the list of prizes.

We know firsthand how tough it can be to deal with health issues like this having gone through it in our own families and we hope it will help Don out a bit.

I'll also pick up some raffle tickets via PayPal in Mrs. Crafty's name - since I never have any luck

Don's a helluva nice guy and we wish him a full and speedy recovery so he'll soon be able to enjoy a morning like these gentlemen had!

"There is no royal road to this heavy surf-fishing. With all the appliances for comfort experience can suggest, there is a certain amount of hard work to be done and exposure to be bourne as a part of the price of success." From "Striped Bass," Scribner's Magazine, 1881.
