Thanks for the kind words, BW

Me and Mrs. Crafty got a chance to talk to Toonoc and his girls, Mr & Mrs. InTheSurf, Throwing Timber, TLap, Goose, RIRockhound, Roseneath and his missus - and a bunch if other S-B.com members I know I'm forgetting right now -

There were also the Usual Suspects at the show too, like DZ, Pt Jude Joe, PeteG, Seawolf, Capt. Corey, Iron and Mrs Mike (and Mini Mike) - unfortunately we had a lot of stuff to move out so we didn't get to join in the wrap party in the lounge afterwards

The turnout was good and we enjoyed it, although it was a lot of work - the DVD presentation on the early history of American sportfishing turned out great and it was very well-received too - I'll talk to John and see if he'd like to add it to the list of festivities for TFCTFN next Saturday so the rest of you guys can see it - it's a pissah.

Anyway, it was a great way to spend a cold afternoon in February and I personally inspected bags to see what kind of pluggage got snagged - really made you realize pretty soon we'll be rounding 3rd base and sliding into the 2005 season!

Thanks you guys for stopping by to say hi at our booth

"There is no royal road to this heavy surf-fishing. With all the appliances for comfort experience can suggest, there is a certain amount of hard work to be done and exposure to be bourne as a part of the price of success." From "Striped Bass," Scribner's Magazine, 1881.
