thats thule or tool whatever you spell it. for wedding dresses.
i bought a roll at michaels for like 4 bucks.
i start with the plug completely black, apply the tool, then spray the colors. so the mesh really shows up 'cause it's black.
tough to get it clamped perfectly in place though.if you have a little gap under the tool it looks funky.
