I'm in Maricopa.
The desert is disappearing fast.
This area is just starting to be developed, about a year ago, when there was nothing here, you could buy property dirt cheap. Now the prices have about tripled or more. I wish I'd bought a piece back then.
When my brother first moved here about 8 months ago, there was nothing but desert and a few communties, now there's houses, CVS, Walmart ect. all over the place.
