I talked to the Ma fish and game guys at the show over the weekend and they looked at me like I was crazy in regards to if this rule apply in Ma.
I also check the Ma web-page out / nothing listed at all.

This whole story looks fake and or more then meet's the eye.

PS, .02 CENTS .....All them huge girls should be let go / a pic and a plastic mold should be all the angler needs.

pps. .03 cents .... That big girl would have been one hell of a mother to many a striped bass
