Couple quick questions. How do they mount that thing? Bolted thru the fiberglass with backing plates? Did they make it custom for your boat? Is it stainless or aluminum? What is the diameter of the stock. It looks great I really would love to get one for my boat. I really could use the rod storage. I think I might try to make my own. I just cannot afford the expense. Probably make it out of PVC for a mock up and then try it out of stainless. Would like to try a fold down version. I do not know where you live but would it be possible for me to see in person?
