Well finally broke the ice (figuratively) and went down to the Lower Conn. this weekend. I was using small storm shads and got nada. When I got back to the park n' fish area a group of guys was getting them on sandworms off the pier, 17"-22". I was in serious need of a de-skunking, so I ran to the tackle shop, and they were closed.
But on the bright side, it was a glorious weekend, got some great pics and my first sunburn of the season. Let the games begin!
