TM, thanks but I am hardly a serious tin maker and my molds are crude compared to the ones you guys use. Just wanted to try and make a few myself. I think I have a bunch of yours...mine are no comparison.
Thanks for the tip about polishing. The first thing I did was take steel wool to them, I should have used a finer wool, what I had on hand scraches. I will go with the compound paste next pour.

Don't get your hopes up, they don't have that professional feel to them...more of a father and son weekend garage operation .
