I caught a group of Orientals tonight with a cooler full of short fish at the canal. I saw them catch one but I didn't see what they did with it. When I walked by the cooler was flopping around and when I asked them what they got. They guy says mackeral. I had to look since it was dark and I have never seen a mack caught at night. I cleared them out pretty fast. The word arrested seemed to get them moving. I got their plate and I will have my brother run it to see wherer they are from.
