I noticed tons of smaller striped bass are hitting the 4". Some are so small it's funny. I noticed that at my favorite fishing spot the striped bass will hits these 4" storms at high and low tides. Which is awesome
Tons of small fish, but no keepers. Should I relocate or keep with this spot?
