Moving water around structure - most of you mass people take it for granted but you have twice the tide differential that we have in RI

Inspect "Fishy" areas during the day with a moon low, take notes
Now if Beverly is like many coastal places in Mass, seems they'll want to keep people from fishing but you should still be able to find some access.
