i read in yesterdays paper that with the increasing temps the past few days it should become even worse.
apparently it doesn't effect fish. i'm hoping so as my 2 week vacation in chatham is coming up and supposedly that area has been hit the hardest. i have a buddy who shellfishes there and i don't think he's been out once this year because of it.
