Don't be too quick to judge
Six months ago would make the kid a year and half. What was the "pornography"? Maybe the kid naked on a bear skin rug? Its happened before to some pretty famous photographers. I'd reserve judgement until we get the whole story. To some people simple nudity is pornographic.
