Last night my mom went back down to the station, and talked with another officer who was very helpful. To make a long story short, he looked into everything that has already been going on between my sister and her ex, and then told my mother they would proceed with charges. I will be accompanying them to court from now on. My sister use to have an FID card, but she had let that expire. Unfortunately for her, there have been restraining orders filed by both sides, and that would keep her from etting a new Fid or LTC. Without the card she would be better off not carrying the mace up here. She has constant company with her, usually her new boyfriend, but he was unavailable to go with htem yesterday.
When I show up to court next time, I will tell those 2 MFer's that if they lay a hand on my sister again, I won't think twice about coming to their house to visit them. I know once they see me, they won't even look at me. I also have a friend whho is a Plymouth Co dep, and I am sure I could get life in jail made even more miserable for the ex...
