I noticed in a thread recently that we were reminded that there is no striped bass fishing allowed in the EEZ (three miles out). Someone replied that Cape Cod Bay itself was not considered in the EEZ, even if you were three miles from the nearest land mass.

My question - is there a legal demarcation line defining CCB in this context? I would presume that it starts at P'Town and heads west in some direction.
