still think every state should limit the catch to 10 fish per day...per lisc.////every fish to have it's own tag so they can't sell more than those 10.
each lisc. holder should be given x number of tag's for the season,,,numbered an accounted for...when the tag's are used up..your done...if you have tag's left over, they get sent back.....
big fine's for anyone caught selling through the back door....like your finished for good...no lisc. ever again.
there are no true comm. bass fisherman cause it's only a fill in job...easy money is the only reason they do it.
