This a 200 HP 1989 Black MAX.
This engine is not working. There is a hole in the block. I have been told that it can be rebuilt very easily. I purchased a new engine. I'm selling the entire outboard minus the Controls and Prop as they are moving to my new engine. This includes a new regulator, new warning module, new impeller. This engine has been cared for extremely well. Feel free to ask me any questions. This is a great project or engine for spare parts.
