I went to the cape this morning and saw 2 guys in a boat being towed down I-195, almost fell out of the boat taking the Wareham exit!

The funny part was one of these guys was casting a light rod and trying to pitch a lure to the front of the truck that was towing them, talk about IDIOTS!!!!

Of course there were no State Police around at the time, it seems like they're only out there if I'm doing something wrong.
