this past saturday... it finally arrived.... it got returned from where it was mailed because of a mailing address goof up...and "they" dont\won't (the post office) forward driving licenses via the mail because of all the identity theft. i like to drive legally.....now.. as i used to drive a car with absolutely no brakes....and had to zoom into empty places and do doughnuts until i slowed down, if say a traffic light suddenly turned red...then i could drive away again...
