congrads....there is nothing like owning your own (er....should I saying owning the LOAN to own the HOME..
) while there is always something to be fixed or tended to I wouldnt trade it for the world!
a year and a half ago we reached our dream after much renting & dreaming. The first thing we did after the closing was to run home and kick (but not too hard) the wall!!!!! Just because it was ours and we could!!!!!
