i have a 220 AC wall unit. The thing is monster and could easily cool one floor a medium sized house. it has a remote so you can mount it up high...

I forget who made it and the BTU ratings at the moment but will post the info when i get home from work today.
Its 2 years old and hardly used at all-

retails for around $500
$300 picked up in South County RI..
