I have a question? You said that the fish has to be witnessed by a S-B member, if you kept the fish, wouldn't that be proof enough? The reason I ask, is I really haven't had the priviledge of fishing with any of you guys yet, and when I'm up there, you guys are not to be found.
Can we amend the rules alittle? I mean, if I get one big enough, I'm gonna keep it anyway.
Also, does it count if caught in another state other than RI? Sorry for the ???'s.
