This is my opinion for the RI leg. What do you think ?

Oct 29 6:00 PM waning cresent 11% (3:34AM/4:16PM)
Nov 5 10:00PM waxing cresent 15% (10:34AM/7:04PM)
The facts given that a weekend needs to be chosen and that the dates can not coinside with the other tournament dates I have found the above dates to be descent because they are close to the new moon phase.
The Nov 5th would be my choice because of the high tide is a little later in the nite and also if your fishing until about 4:00 AM or before you can fish the areas that are condusive to low tide.
Nov 5th may seem late in the season but the fish don't know that but what a way to end the season for some.
