There's a reason people learn how to CAST to fish.......these bozo's obviously haven't learned that.

These guys haven't figured it out that if you don't scatter the fish you'll probably catch 10 times as much.

Use the BF method of teaching Fishing Etiquette.....a 4 oz. hopkins across their bow

But make sure your bigger than them....
