to downsize a picture (and i'm not sure what size you want (yet)open it in paintshop pro get that at

and open the particular picture then hit image resize!
if your picture is to dark or the contrast needs adjustment
and or you need a gamma reduction (glare) you can do that too.
you can buy paint shop pro at any good computer retail outlet.
and its worth the price or i aint a fisherman.
