Those of you that know me also know I could stand to lose a few pounds. So I decided to do it. I joined a gym and starting lifting weights like I was in college. 3x 10 reps etc. Well this 44 year old fat guy arms hurt so bad I can't lift them to brush my teeth or wash my hair. Thank God I can still reach my arse.

My gols is to lose 50 pounds. I think Clammer would agree that is a good start. Anyone else trying to shape up. If so what are you doing about it?
