Yep, I agree that the mayor of NOLA and the gov. of LA both screwed up.
But NOAA Hurricane forcasters were calling for pretty much the end of the world down there, warned the state gov, warned the federal government, and they sat on their hands.
The "buddy buddy" system of people getting jobs in the gov dosen't fly.
Infact, it leads to people having the hammer dropped on them when all hell breaks loose.
