Do we practice what we preach?

I walked a ton of beach this weekend and had some time to think as I saw all of the trash and crap left behind.
Everyone (most everyone) agrees that in order to keep access open at popular spots we must respect the areas. However I noticed beer cans that had to be 10 yrs old in the bushes at WH. You could tell that Budwiser has not had that type of label and can type in years.
The Lighthouse is gross. Bottom line. Does everyone here who talks about the pigs out there pick up after them or do you walk on past because "its not my trash". I saw a years worth of comedy in an hour at WH last Saturday afternoon.
1. 1 asain guy in sneekers fishing 4 chunk rigs over 25 yards of rocks...
2. 2 kids humping in the rain in broad daylight. I had to wait so the girl could pull up her pants.
3. A "weekapaug Surfcaster" in sneekers almost fell right on his a..

anyway... is anyone interested in a massive clean up effort? Maybe one day for a few hours in the next few weekends? WE could devide up and meet in a location... we could even talk to some of the shop owners to get a larger group together. Who cares whos trash it is, we will all be crying in our waders when they powers at be shut us out.
