Guess what guys, not only are pcb's a big time scare,up here in Maine the dept. of fisheries and wildlife recomend only one meal of striper per month due to dangerously high levels of mercury in our fish. Than k you paper industry. I do enjoy an occasional meal of fresh caught striper, but is it worth the risk?
