hi ,I guess #^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^& knows alot more about Narragansett electric winter bass than I do, but Ive never fished it nights// but as far as fishing it from a boat and the Corliss Park ramp is a pain there is a good free one just east of the plant off of route 195,its called Sweet Peas by the locals ,its right across from India Point Park,the only possile downside is leaving your truck at the ramp at night,if anyone wants to go day or night e/mail me Thanks
