OTW
I was on my way home from So. Co. last night and around
11pm I am just coming off rt. 4 going onto 95n I am getting
tailgated really bad, I was doing 80 mph and next thing you
know the guy passes me on the right so I give a quick look
and it is a red Toyota pu and on the side says On The Water
to guys in it and 2 rods in the back. this guy was weaving all
over the highway. watch out Rhody OTW is invading
