went out last night..what a difference from yesterday afternoon, the wind stopped and the moon was bright. gb and i were at a local spot in westport last night, when i took a nice hit on a live herring with the new rod/reel combo i recieved courtesy of s-b. unfortunately i should have set the hook atleast one more time cause the bass which felt decent ran up on the marsh and got off
. i did however end up with catching a 26" fish so atleast i did have something to show me i hadn't forgotten how to land a fish.
it feels nice to be back in the game again, and the rod is some nice!!!!!
