These fish can be shipped right to RI. I found out that they can be shipped (legally) right to your door via fedex overnight. They come in 2 different sizes, and are actually a selectively bred common goldfish
. They have gotten permission from the DEM through Capn D to be a licensed bait dealer in the state of RI. The fish is no more than a heartier koi type fish that stays alive in the salt water for up to 3 hours or so.
