This moose was very docile....calm and much to himself. There were two cars taking a few quick photos as we approached...they left and we sat for a few photos and the moose slowly headed into the trees....we left and came back by about 40 minutes later and could still see him in the trees.....pulled over and stopped the truck.....gave a couple of smooching sounds his way like I was calling a cat and he took one look at us and came back out like we were old friends....
....more than likely he just wanted another drink from the pool of water at the roadside but it was funny! I really admire such beautiful animals and I was just in awe having never seen a moose in the wild before...I had always wanted to.....really something to watch!
