i have a freezer and one of those vacuum sealer dealies, during the summer i keep what the fam can eat, usually a fish a month. i do like bluefish alot the ones in the 2-4 lb range so i start keeping those later in the season and seal them for winter consumption. same with bass. i have 3 in the freezer now. one 40" and two mid thirties. i'd say 75% of what i catch is released. fluke on the other hand.....poor fishies ;P they all get eated
