3 weeks ago 2 in the afternoon I am coming in from the Fingers, in CC Bay, It is cod, raw and raining and the wind is picking up from the NW. I pull the boat and there is a guy putting in after I pull out. I tell him it is getting rough and the wind is picking up. He says he doesn't mind he is going scuba diving for scallops. I say by yourself he says always. He is going out to the fingers, 2 to 3 miles off shore, sea scallops need at least 50 feet of water. I tell him he is nuts and has a death wish. He just laughs. I can't believe he would do that on a really crappy day by himself. Hope it wasn't him. P.
