My WR has gotten wet rain, waves...not underwater but wet and NO problems, yeah you can take video with it , it has a small lcd screen in the back to see what pic came out like , you can delete and retake..it is VERY good on batteries , regular ones. But it is VERY easy to use , i've got lots of nice photo's with it...now if I could only figure out posting them on these sites
