After walking with a severance package of almost a million bucks, he's now getting a yearly pension increase of almost $30K giving him a yearly payment of over $200K!!!
I shouldn't be surprised, the system he helped create is working just fine for him....
As a police officer, we can't factor anything into our retirement except base salary. Contrary to what some would have you believe, details, overtime, court, uniform allowances, etc. are not taken into consideration at retirement time. How is Bulger able to factor in his annuity and $50K housing allowances into his retirement. SOunds like a bunch of crap to me
