Time to plan for the annual TFCTFN 2006 (Too Friekin Cold To Fish Night). For those that don't know, we as S-B'ers rent a hall (next to a hotel) and meet up and BS, have a dinner and BS, and a raffle and a pretty good time - we even sometimes bring significant others
. It is also a good way to break up the winter.
My thinking is to find to a place central to Boston, CT, RI, and the Cape most centrally localized by our population on the site. So New Bedford, Fall River, Taunton seems to be central to all and I also want to find a hall next to a hotel for obvious reasons (so as to deter drunk driving
) and to accomodate out people that come from all over...
I am looking for suggestions and leads to find something, preferably in that area, that is situated walking distance close to a hotel/motel that we can group rate on.
