I got some large metal lips from Moore's Lures 715-356-6834. I had to modify a little but got one of the styles to work. I just copied the Gibbs trolling swimmer plug, but made plug larger and made the lip I got to look like the one they use only on a larger scale. You also have to make the lip slotted for the doubled over wire, it comes with just a hole. If you know a machinist he might be able to help you out with the slot
or a small round file. I will paint these plugs a mackeral pattern when my painting skills get better. Hope this helps. Paul
