I don't know if any of you have seen this but the Bruins have taken a box between the benches (it used to be a photographers box) and turned it into a high priced kind of special box for spectators! For $5,000.00 a person and their party of 12 get picked up in a limo, get dinner and each person gets to watch one period (4 in the box at a time) the others get to use seats behind the box when not in it......my beef is that on the news they said that due to the high price of the box, should it not be sold for a game the box will be "GIVEN" to celebrities!!!!!!
Now does that sound right????? Why not give it to someone who might otherwise not have a chance to sit in such a box, say a charity situation????? Oh no...give it to the people who already have tons of dough and now they get a free box at a Bruins game to boot????
I guess money gets money as they say!!!
PS- They should call it the torture chamber....you could not give me the box for free to watch these Bruins!!!
