Mirant.. owns Canal Power Plant, went bankrupt a year or so ago, made a deal with your town for long term reduction in RE tax as part of it.
Gonna check out Green Light Compact, will post when I know details, sounds like if you sign up, they lock you in for 90 days at 8.2 cents per KW hour....
still billed and serviced thru NSTAR, like they do for Mirant.
