I could not afford 6 months either I am going to have a hard time with 10 days thats 2 weeks pay and my bills are going to suffer.
I am not sure how it is done here in mass I do know this though once you are in there data base you get called every three years. I used to think it was because I was a registered voter but I know other voters and they never get called, It is Mass and try to figure any type of government ways of thinking and you will be mad
